I am a fourth-generation hospitality leader, shaped by a family whose impact runs deep. My lineage traces back to one of the only Black-owned establishments where African Americans could safely stay in Richmond, Virginia during a time when access and dignity in travel were not guaranteed. That history instilled in me a profound understanding of what true hospitality means: intention, care, and creating spaces where people feel seen.

I've carried that foundation into a modern refined landscape, building my career within some of the most recognized brands in the industry. Across these spaces, I've led high-performing teams, executed exceptional events, and consistently delivered experiences that reflect both precision and elevated service. My Eunique perspective is rooted in detail, but driven by vision.

I understand the essence of refined elegance — from guest experience to operational excellence — and I bring a strategic, results-focused lens to every project I take on. E. Events Consulting was created as a natural extension of that journey: a space where legacy meets innovation, and where I partner with hotels, venues, and brands to refine their event strategy, elevate their service standards, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
